Our Pneumatic Ship Unloaders can be competely independent thanks to diesel fuel supply or electricity.
In the first case, the are two sources of energy:
– a diesel engine at the service of the operating machine (pump) originates the necessary pressure and flow for the pneumatic transportation;
an electric generator provides energy to other consumptions and additionals.
In orde to have a grater operating range of the suction strainer upon the whole product, the equipment is provided with:
– vertical stroke of the vertical telescopic tube;
– horizontal stroke of the horizontal telescopic tube;
– rotating arm;
– lifting arm.
The dust filtering and laying are assigned to filtering hoses, suitable for the carried product, whose cleaning is made through blasts of compressed air, dried at high atmosfere.
The depression value in the line of the pneumatic carriage is enhanced by the correct working of the high capacity rotary valve.
The management of the entire system is assigned to a panel board provided with PLC. The operation control can be effected through local controls, located on board, or through a radio controller, which can be used also from the ship during the unloading procedures.
The product can be:
– unloaded directly in loose form onto vehicles thanks to telescopic unloaders with built in filters;
– loaded in hoppers, provided with telescopic unloaders with built in filters, for unloading in loose form;
-destined to storage siles, through mechanical conveyors (chain conveyors, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, etc.)
